Every case is unique.  The cost will depend on a number of factors including, the nature of the criminal charges and its complexity.

When you call Riva Law for the first time, we will conduct an intake and schedule your initial consultation. 

During your initial consultation and after learning about your legal problem, we will discuss fees. 

Our clients generally prefer block fee billing (as opposed to hourly billing) because this provides greater certainty of the costs involved.  Clients can communicate with us without worrying about increasing fees.
